The music for remorce was ready to be released after the week of play and they want to put it out as a single on the official website. Now you have to be very careful of what you post here because I am not the ONLY one that posted the remorce music. I agree that it's a bad idea to change things. But whitty did not like remorce very much. Why don't they put out remorce as a single? I don't see that as a bad idea. Here are some reasons why:
1. It's a very good song. I don't know why Whitty would have a problem with that.
2. The song will have a good chance to be heard and if it's successful then it wouldn't hurt that there's a good chance for remorce to be realeased as a single.
3. Remorse is not an official song, so it shouldn't be released as a single on the website. The bandcamp release is the OFFICIAL SONG for remorse. Remorse was not released as an official song, and remorse is not an official song. So remorse should be a single.
I totally respect what whitty thinks about remorse, but it's not like remorse is an official song and was changed to be a single. Remorse is an official song, so I am not sure if Whitty should give permission for it to be released as a single on the website. Whitty can have a problem with it but he's a bandleader and not the singer. I don't believe he would have anything against it.
I am not the only one with this problem. The artist for remorse is a total of four people, but one of them is not a bandleader. I don't think they are going to do anything about that without the bandleader's permission. I asked the bandleader if he would give permission for remorse to be released as a single and he said yes. We haven't heard anything back. I don't know if he gave us permission, but he said he did, and I don't see any reason to not listen to him.
I think it would be a good idea for remorce to be released as a single, but the bandleader should be the one to make that decision. 827ec27edc
